2. Original Fictional Content


All stories, audiobooks and movies on Spicify are original works owned by Spicify LLC

(Wyoming, USA). All content is fictional and created solely for entertainment. Any

resemblance to actual persons or events is purely coincidental.

3. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All text, audio, video, graphics and user interface elements within Spicify are the exclusive

property of Spicify LLC.

Unauthorized recording, copying, sharing, uploading or use of Spicify content is prohibited.

Violations may result in account termination, DMCA takedowns and legal action.

4. Access to Premium Content

Access to features depends on your subscription tier:

Ink & Desire — Read all stories.

Voices in the Dark — Listen and Read.

All Obsessions Unlocked — Listen, Read and Watch everything.

Premium content is only available to verified subscribers.


5. Streaming Only

All Spicify content is provided through encrypted streaming. Downloading or saving

externally is not permitted.

6. Content Protection

Spicify uses DRM and anti-recording technologies to protect all media. Attempts to bypass

these protections violate copyright law.

7. Content Updates

Spicify may add, modify or remove stories, episodes or features at any time without notice.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Spicify reserves the right to restrict or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, fraud or policy

violation.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States (Wyoming). Any disputes will be

resolved in Wyoming courts.


10. Community Guidelines

Comments, posts or user interactions must not include hate speech, threats, harassment or

explicit illegal material. Violators may be permanently removed.
